Kunlun Energy Company Limited has announced the postponement of appointing a new auditor after withdrawing an earlier resolution at their annual general meeting. The company is currently completing internal procedures and expects to hold a special general meeting by the end of 2024 to address the appointment. Shareholders will be kept informed of developments in accordance with the Listing Rules.
