Kula Gold Limited announces Mr. Karl Henggeler and Henggeler Super Pty Ltd, operating under the Top Bananas Super Fund A/C, have ceased to be substantial holders in the company as of June 6, 2024. This change follows a series of dilutions due to placements to Acuity Capital, Directors, and an unspecified placement, which reduced their voting power by a total of 1.36%. No new associates have been reported in relation to the voting interests affected by these changes.
