Kuaishou Technology Class B (HK:1024) has released an update.
Kuaishou Technology has reported changes to its issued share capital, involving the exercise of share options under a pre-IPO employee incentive scheme and several share repurchases that have not been cancelled. In May 2024, a small fraction of shares were issued at a significant discount to the market price, while the company also bought back shares on multiple dates without cancelling them, leading to a slight increase in the total number of issued shares.
