KSH Holdings Limited has announced the establishment of a new associated company, Fusion Land Pte. Ltd., with a 30% stake held by its subsidiary, Kim Seng Heng Realty Pte Ltd. Fusion Land, which is engaged in real estate development, is a joint venture with three other firms and is not expected to materially affect KSH Holdings’ net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending March 2025.
