KRP Development Holdings Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 24 June 2024 to seek approval for a Disposal Agreement and authorize the directors to implement the agreement. Shareholders are entitled to appoint a proxy for voting if unable to attend, and the company’s share register will be closed from 18 to 24 June 2024 for eligibility. In case of severe weather, the meeting will be postponed to the next business day.
