Kraken Robotics Inc. shareholders showed strong support at their 2024 virtual Annual and Special Meeting, approving all board and management proposals, including the election of five directors, the appointment of auditors, and plans related to stock options and restricted share units. The company, known for its advanced subsea technologies, also received backing for a share consolidation initiative, aimed at strengthening its market position. Both the stock option and restricted share unit plans are pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
