Kraken Robotics Systems Inc (TSE:PNG) has released an update.

Kraken Robotics Inc. has filed a final short form prospectus related to its $45 million public offering of common shares, priced at $1.60 each, led by a syndicate of underwriters. The offering is expected to close around October 22, 2024, and has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
