Kraft Heinz (KHC) has released an update.
Vince Garlati, the Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of The Kraft Heinz Company, is set to take a personal leave starting March 7, 2024. During his absence, Chris Asher will step in as the acting Principal Accounting Officer while also maintaining his position as Deputy Global Controller. Asher, with a history of escalating roles in the company since 2018, was chosen without any pre-arranged agreements or family ties to company executives, ensuring a transparent transition free from conflicts of interest.
