Royal KPN NV has successfully completed its Any and All Debt Tender Offer, purchasing €280.6 million in principal amount of its €500 million Perpetual Fixed Rate Resettable Capital Securities. The settlement of the offer, totaling approximately €279 million including accrued interest, will be financed from KPN’s existing liquidity and is expected to occur on June 20, 2024. Securities not tendered will remain outstanding, with ING and Goldman Sachs managing the offer and Kroll Issuer Services Limited acting as the Tender Agent.
