Kosmos Energy Strengthens Finances with RBL Re-Financing

Kosmos Energy Ltd (KOS) has released an update.

Kosmos Energy Ltd has successfully re-financed its reserve-based lending facility, increasing the total facility size to $1.35 billion and extending the maturity to December 2029. The company has also restructured its revolving credit facility and now faces no debt maturities until 2026, positioning itself for growth with strong bank support. This financial restructuring is set to reduce interest expenses and optimize Kosmos’ capital structure.
