Kosmos Energy Ltd. recently concluded its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, with significant participation as about 92% of eligible shares were represented. Key outcomes include the election of three Class II directors for a three-year term, the ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent accounting firm for the current fiscal year, and the approval of executive officer compensation in a non-binding vote.
