Kosmos Energy (KOS) has released an update.
Kosmos Energy Ltd. is set to offer $500 million in senior notes due 2031, aiming to use the proceeds alongside existing cash to fund tender offers for portions of its existing senior notes maturing between 2026 and 2028. The offering targets qualified institutional buyers in the U.S. and certain non-U.S. persons, in compliance with securities regulations. Kosmos Energy is an independent oil and gas company with key operations across the Atlantic Margins, including production offshore Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
