Jason E. Doughty is set to resign from his executive roles at Kosmos Energy Ltd. on July 8, 2024, handing over his responsibilities to Josh R. Marion, who will take over as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Doughty, who will serve as a Senior Advisor until his retirement at the end of January 2025, has arranged a Transition Services and Separation Agreement with the company ensuring his salary, benefits, and eligibility for performance bonuses, while also allowing for the vesting of certain equity awards based on the fulfillment of specific conditions. Marion, an experienced member of Kosmos since 2012, brings a wealth of knowledge with a background in business, finance, and law.
