KOSÉ Corporation has announced a significant shift in its shareholder structure, with its current president and CEO, Kazutoshi Kobayashi, along with two other major shareholders, planning to transfer their stock holdings to the KOSÉ Management Association, Wood Association, and MYM Laboratories Association on August 7, 2024. These changes in the company’s largest and other key shareholders will not affect KOSÉ’s consolidated financial results, as the new shareholders intend to maintain their stakes over the long term.
