Kore Potash PLC has announced a general meeting for shareholders on August 23, 2024, to seek approval for the issuance of new shares following a successful fundraising initiative. The company raised $1,281,000, with $1,221,000 already secured through new ordinary shares and an additional $60,000 pending shareholder approval. The meeting will also address a related party transaction involving the Chairman’s participation in the fundraising.
