Koppers Holdings Welcomes New Director Nishan Vartanian

Koppers Holdings Inc. (KOP) has released an update.

Koppers Holdings Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from nine to ten members and welcomed Nishan J. Vartanian as the new director. With a rich background, including his current role as Chairman and CEO of MSA Safety Incorporated, and previous executive positions there, Mr. Vartanian brings valuable experience to the board. He is set to receive the Company’s standard non-employee director compensation, and his independence has been confirmed under NYSE listing requirements. Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote for Mr. Vartanian at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting.
