Kootenay Silver Inc. is set to raise up to C$5.0 million through a public offering, priced at C$1.12 per unit, with plans to close by April 25, 2024. Each unit includes one common share and half of a purchase warrant, allowing the holder to buy additional shares at C$1.68 within 24 months. The funds will support the advancement of Kootenay’s Columba Silver Project in Mexico and cover general corporate expenses.
