Komercni banka, a.s. (KMERF) has released an update.
Komercni Banka, a.s. has announced the approval of its annual financial statements for 2023, along with the distribution of a total profit of CZK 15.7 billion to shareholders, resulting in a dividend of CZK 82.66 per share, payable on May 27, 2024. The General Meeting also approved amendments to the Articles of Association, enabling electronic participation in future meetings, and elected new members to the Supervisory and Audit Committees. Additionally, KPMG has been appointed as the external auditor for 2024 and to provide an assurance opinion on the sustainability report.
