Kolibri Global Energy’s AGM Concludes with Key Approvals

Kolibri Global Energy Inc. (TSE:KEI) has released an update.

Kolibri Global Energy Inc. announced the successful completion of its Annual General Meeting, where all proposed resolutions were approved, including the election of five directors to its board, each for a one-year term. Additionally, Marcum LLP was appointed as the auditor of the company. The company also acknowledged the contributions of Eric Brown, a departing board member.
