Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Yap Tiem Yew as a Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective 26 July 2024. Mr. Yap will also serve on the Remuneration Committee. Additionally, the company has reconstituted its Board of Directors along with the Audit and Risk, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees.
