Kogan.com Ltd has disclosed a change in Director David Shafer’s interests, reporting that Shafer disposed of 2,400,000 options set to expire in June 2025. The transaction, which involved cash settlement, has left him with over 3 million ordinary shares and more than 200,000 performance rights. No new securities were acquired in the process.
