Kobrea Exploration Corp. has partnered with Independent Trading Group to improve the market presence and liquidity of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The market-making agreement, designed to foster a stable trading environment for Kobrea’s shares, will be on a renewable monthly basis with ITG receiving C$5,000 per month as compensation. This strategic move aims to enhance shareholder value without granting ITG any company shares or options as part of the compensation.
