Kobo Resources Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $1.485 million, alongside a concurrent brokered placement adding another $2.933 million. The fundraising efforts, with lead investor Luso Global Mining, are set to finance the company’s expanded diamond drill program and other exploration activities. Shareholders now have the option to purchase additional shares at a set price until June 2026, as the company prepares for a second tranche expected to close in early July 2024.
