Klondike Silver Corp. has announced the successful closure of a private placement, raising $14,500 through the distribution of 290,000 units to fund their Sandon B.C. project and for general working capital. Each unit, sold at $0.05, includes a common share and a five-year warrant, with exercise prices ranging from $0.05 to $0.08. This strategic financial move aims to advance the company’s prolific Silver Zinc Lead project in B.C., which sits within a historically mineral-rich area.
