Klondike Silver (TSE:KS) has released an update.
Klondike Silver Corp. has launched a private placement to raise $1.5 million by offering up to 30 million units at $0.05 each, to fund their Sandon B.C. project and for general working capital. The units come with a five-year warrant, with prices ranging from $0.05 to $0.08, depending on the year of exercise. This financial move is pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
