KKR Entities End Substantial Holding in Charter Hall

Charter Hall Group (AU:CHC) has released an update.

KKR Entities, a collective of investment firms, have ceased to be substantial holders in Charter Hall Group as of August 23, 2024, following changes in their voting interests detailed in a recent Form 605. The entities, including Comet Asia Holdings and KKR Asian Fund, had previously reported their substantial holding status back in July 2022.
