Kiwetinohk Energy Corp. successfully concluded its Annual General and Special Meeting with a strong shareholder turnout of nearly 79%. All nine director nominees were elected with high approval rates, Deloitte LLP was appointed as the auditor for 2024, and shareholders approved the continuation of granting options under the company’s option plan until 2027.
