Kits Eyecare Shareholders Show Strong Support at AGM

Kits Eyecare (TSE:KITS) has released an update.

Kits Eyecare Ltd. successfully concluded its annual general meeting, with all six director nominees being overwhelmingly re-elected by shareholders and the re-appointment of MNP LLP as the company’s auditors. Demonstrating shareholder confidence, the election results showed nearly unanimous support for both the directors and the auditors. Kits Eyecare, known for its digital eyecare platform, continues to disrupt the industry with its direct-to-consumer approach and a variety of eyewear products.
