Kitron ASA Issues Shares and Sets Lock-up Period

Kitron ASA has announced the issuance of 700,027 new shares following the exercise of options under its stock incentive program, at a subscription price of NOK 0.10 per share. Additionally, 549,973 options were converted to cash to cover the tax liabilities of option holders at a rate of NOK 33.30 per share, which is the stock’s closing price on the Oslo Stock Exchange as of June 3, 2024. The company has imposed a three-year lock-up period on the new shares, with a gradual release occurring quarterly during the final two years.
