Kirkland B. Andrews is set to resign from his position as a Director of RPM International Inc. before his term ends, with his departure planned for January 15, 2025. Andrews, who is stepping down due to the demands of his new role as Senior Vice President and CFO of Con Edison and CECONY, assures that his resignation is not due to any disagreements with RPM’s Board or the company itself.
