Kintavar Exploration Inc. announced the unanimous approval of all resolutions at its Annual and Special Meeting, including director nominations and the adoption of the Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. The company confirmed the re-election of its board members and granted 2,875,000 stock options to directors, officers, and employees. Kintavar continues to advance its main copper-silver project and supports local development and employment in the Mitchi-Wabash region.
