Kinovo PLC (GB:KINO) has released an update.
Kinovo PLC has successfully negotiated an end to its obligations for the ninth DCB (Kent) Ltd legacy construction project with a £2.2 million settlement, to be paid over 18 months. This agreement frees the company from all future liabilities and claims related to the project. The resolution of this and the imminent completion of an eighth project mark the end of Kinovo’s legacy issues, allowing it to concentrate on core business growth.
