Kingston Resources Ltd. has opened a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) allowing eligible shareholders in Australia, New Zealand, and Germany to buy shares valued between $2,000 and $30,000 without incurring transaction costs. The SPP aims to raise $2 million, fully underwritten by Delphi Unternehmensberatung Aktiengesellschaft, as part of Kingston’s broader capital raising strategy to support exploration at the Mineral Hill mine. The funds will help to double production and provide working capital.
