Kingsoft Cloud Holdings (KC) has released an update.
Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited has entered into a Finance Lease Framework Agreement with CMB Financial Leasing to enhance liquidity and optimize capital structure through sale and leaseback transactions not exceeding RMB300 million. This strategic financial move, effective August 20, 2024, will last until October 9, 2027, and is expected to provide additional working capital and equipment procurement without requiring shareholder approval, as per Hong Kong Listing Rules.
