At the recent virtual AGM of Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC, shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of the company’s accounts, director remunerations, re-election of directors, and authorities to allot shares and purchase own shares. The results indicated strong support for the board’s recommendations, with the majority of votes cast in favor of each resolution.
