Kings Arms Yard VCT (GB:KAY) has released an update.
Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 5,690,458 of its own shares at a price of 19.36 pence each, which represents 1.00% of the company’s pre-transaction voting rights. The buyback reduces the total number of voting rights to 562,965,410 and leaves the company with 650,947,502 shares in issue and an additional 87,982,092 shares held in treasury as of 30 April 2024.
