Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC has officially rebranded to Albion KAY VCT PLC to better align with its investment manager’s identity, Albion Capital Group LLP. The company’s stock market ticker ‘KAY’ along with its ISIN and LEI will remain unchanged, ensuring that shareholder rights are unaffected and current share certificates continue to be valid. The change has been effective since 17 June 2024, and all subsequent share certificates will reflect the new name.
