Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Ltd., aiming to fund expansion and green resource investments, has announced a proposal to increase its authorised share capital tenfold and place up to 1 billion new shares at a significant premium. With the gross proceeds expected to reach HK$250 million, the company plans to allocate these funds to repay liabilities, invest in business development, and boost working capital, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming EGM.
