Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Limited has issued a profit warning, forecasting a net loss of up to HK$700 million for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, an improvement from the previous year’s HK$1.163 billion loss. The anticipated loss is largely due to impaired goodwill, intangible assets, and rights of use assets, following a notice that could affect the Group’s intellectual property rights. Final results are pending and will be announced on June 28, 2024.
