Kingfisher Metals Corp. has announced a share consolidation at a ratio of five pre-consolidation shares to one post-consolidation share, effective April 8, 2024. The consolidation aims to enhance market competitiveness and appeal to a broader range of investors, reducing the total number of shares from about 141.6 million to approximately 28.3 million. Shareholders will be provided with new share certificates, with fractional shares rounded down to the nearest whole number.
