Kingfisher Metals Corp. has successfully completed the initial portion of its private placement financing, raising C$906,212.43 through the sale of units and flow-through units. The funds are intended for exploration expenses in British Columbia, with a second tranche aiming to raise an additional C$1,093,787.57 expected to close in May 2024. Insiders, including the CEO and directors, have participated in the financing, which is under regulatory review.
