King International Announces Director Changes

Life Healthcare Group (HK:0928) has released an update.

King International Investment Limited has announced the removal of three executive Directors, Mr. Liu Mingqing, Mr. Lu Xingwu, and Mr. Pang Zhen, following a vote at the annual general meeting where less than 50% supported their re-election. The Board has stated this change is not expected to materially impact the Group’s operations and there are no significant disagreements or other issues related to the removals that shareholders should be concerned about.
