Kinetiko Energy Director Bolsters Shareholding

Kinetiko Energy Ltd. (AU:KKO) has released an update.

In a significant update from Kinetiko Energy Limited, Director Robert Bulder has increased his stake in the company by acquiring 2,684,048 ordinary fully paid shares at a value of $161,042.88. Following this transaction, which took place as part of a Renounceable Rights Issue, Bulder now holds a total of 35,669,384 shares. There were no changes reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the trades were not conducted during a closed period.
