Ronald Schweizer has stepped down from Kinetik Holdings Inc.’s Board of Directors without citing any disputes regarding the company’s operations. Following his immediate resignation, Buzzard Midstream LLC’s right, under a prior agreement, allowed them to appoint Michael A. Kumar as his successor. Kumar, who will not be compensated for his role, also agreed to a standard indemnification agreement, protecting him against potential liabilities linked to his board service.
