Partners Group Private Equity Limited’s portfolio company, KinderCare, has successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange with its IPO pricing at $24 per share and raising $576 million. KinderCare, a prominent provider of early childhood education in the US, saw its market capitalization reach $3 billion after its stock value increased on the first trading day. The company, which Partners Group acquired in 2015, operates over 2,400 centers and serves more than 200,000 children.
