Kincora Copper has finalized an Agreement with Woomera Mining Limited, granting Woomera the rights to earn up to an 80% interest in Kincora’s Mongolian Bronze Fox copper-gold project by investing up to US$4 million over five years. This partnership allows Kincora to concentrate on its core projects in New South Wales while retaining a significant stake and upside in the Mongolian venture.
