Kincora Copper Partners with Woomera on Mongolian Project

Kincora Copper (TSE:KCC) has released an update.

Kincora Copper has finalized an agreement with Woomera Mining Limited, which will see Woomera initiating an extensive initial drilling program at the Bronze Fox copper-gold project in Mongolia. This deal grants Woomera the right to earn up to an 80% interest by investing US$4 million and makes Kincora the largest shareholder in Woomera with significant asset exposure. The collaboration aims to explore the potential of the project and supports Kincora’s strategy to leverage partnerships to advance its project pipeline, particularly focusing on its flagship projects in the Macquarie Arc.
