Kin Yat Holdings Limited has announced a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on 26 July 2024, aiming to pass a special resolution pertaining to a scheme of arrangement which includes a reduction and reissue of share capital, and a potential withdrawal of the company’s shares from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The resolution, if approved, will result in the allotment and issuance of new shares to the Offeror following the capital reduction. The meeting will take place at the Regal Kowloon Hotel in Hong Kong, following a court meeting directed by the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
