Kier Group plc has announced an update to its upcoming Annual General Meeting, seeking shareholder approval for a final dividend of 3.48 pence per share, which was initially omitted due to an administrative oversight. Shareholders are urged to resubmit their votes using the revised proxy form by November 12, 2024. The AGM is scheduled for November 14, 2024, in London.
