Kier Group PLC has announced the grant of share awards to key management personnel under its 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan, with the awards vesting based on the company’s performance over a three-year period. The shares were granted at no cost and the vesting is contingent upon meeting certain performance conditions detailed in the company’s annual report. The transaction involved various management members and the share price for calculating the awards was set at 148.8 pence, based on the average share price prior to the grant date.
